The level starts as soon as you tap on the screen, preferably on a particular figure. You must then find another figure of the same kind, appropriately positioned, so the two can be connected with a line. When you manage to do that, the two figures disappear and you get one step closer to the level completion. The trick is finding the appropriate pairs fast enough.
